Our vision for this pavilion is to enable large groups staying at the ranch to have a fun place to hang out during the day together. You must be staying in our cabin or our campsites to book the pavilion.
This is the view of the pool and pool deck when facing north from the pavilion entrance gate.
Please reach us at kim@flwildflowerranch.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
When you book the pavilion you have access from 7 am until 9 pm. If you want to have access to the pavilion on a Friday (for example), you need to book it starting Thursday night. The booking platform blocks it from 9 pm Thursday night (or whatever night you select) until 9 pm Friday (or the day of your pavilion checkout).
There is no access to the pavilion after 9 pm on any night, and we cannot allow guests to sleep on this part of the premises.
The pool is not temperature-controlled. In the summer the water temperature can reach 90 F. In the winter the water temperature can reach 50 F. In the summer you are welcome to throw bags of ice (user-provided) into the pool to cool it down.
Guests have the choice to clean the pavilion themselves and vacate by 9 pm to avoid the cleaning fee, or pay the cleaning fee when booking the pavilion to have the cleaning taken care of after you vacate the premises.
Yes, dogs are welcome. The patio is not suitable for any other pet. While it is completely fenced in, a small animal would be able to escape. If your dog(s) enjoy the pool with you, please use the net to scoop out dog hair before you vacate the premises.
